Our return policy is valid only in the unlikely event that the product you ordered arrives damaged. In such case please email us the photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of the arrival of the shipment. Once confirmed we can offer you a replacement or store credit.
In the event that you are not happy with the actual product on arrival, we suggest you gift it to someone as we do not offer replacements.
Products are replaced only if there is damage in the shipping.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
